However, we understand that sometimes an outfit might not be the perfect fit for your adventure.
Our Return & Exchange Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your item. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Your satisfaction is our quest!
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to begin your return or exchange journey:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return or exchange.
- Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Pack Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
- Ship It Back: Send the package to our address at 34 Balonne Street, DEAUVILLE, AU 2443. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as you are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your exchange or refund within 5 business days.

Refund Timing and Method
Once your return is processed:
- Timing: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we process your return.
- Method: The refund will be issued in Australian Dollars (A$) to the original payment method used (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that currency conversion rates may affect the final amount received for international transactions.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping cost to send your replacement item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement at no additional cost to you.
