Shipping Your Costume Adventure

Once you’ve placed your order, our guild of costume smiths gets to work!

Order Processing Time: We require 1-2 business days to carefully prepare, quality-check, and pack your chosen outfit for its journey to you.

Shipping Methods & Times:

  • Standard Shipping (A$12.95): Your order will be delivered by our trusted couriers, DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically takes 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Standard Shipping: For all mighty orders over A$50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery typically takes 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship globally, but unfortunately cannot deliver to some remote areas and parts of Asia.

Our Return & Exchange Promise

We want you to be completely thrilled with your costume purchase. However, we understand that sometimes an outfit might not be the perfect fit for your adventure. That’s why we accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your item.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories attached.

Important Quest Notice: Due to the intimate nature of certain costume elements and for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on Vampire Costumes that include fake teeth or other accessories that make direct contact with the body.

All other costume categories (1970s, 1980s, Gangster, Renaissance & Medieval, and Toga) are eligible for returns and exchanges when the above conditions are met.

How to Initiate Your Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to begin your return or exchange journey:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return or exchange.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Pack Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
  4. Ship It Back: Send the package to our returns portal at:

    We recommend using a tracked shipping service as you are responsible for return shipping costs.
  5. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your exchange or refund within 5 business days.

Refund Timing & Method

Once your return is approved and processed:

  • Timing: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we process your return.
  • Method: The refund will be issued in Australian Dollars (A$) to the original payment method used (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that currency conversion rates may affect the final amount received for international transactions.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping cost to send your replacement item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items?

If your quest hits a snag and you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll swiftly arrange a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement at no additional cost to you.
