Pricing & Availability

All prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST where applicable. While we strive for accuracy, occasionally an error may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and cancel orders arising from such errors.

Product Descriptions

We strive to accurately describe our costumes, including those from the 1970s, 1980s, Gangster, Renaissance & Medieval, Toga, and Vampire collections. However, slight variations may occur.

Processing Time

We require 1-2 business days to carefully prepare, quality-check, and pack your chosen outfit.

Shipping Methods

• Standard Shipping (A$12.95): Delivered by DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after dispatch
• Free Standard Shipping: For orders over A$50, delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after dispatch

Shipping Limitations

We ship globally but cannot deliver to some remote areas and parts of Asia. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and customs processing.

Import Duties & Taxes

International customers may be subject to import duties and taxes. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping costs.

Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your item. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories attached.

Return Process

1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
2. Include your order number and reason for return or exchange
3. Wait for approval and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
4. Securely package the item in its original packaging with all tags and accessories

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your exchange or refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days in Australian Dollars (A$). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
